Reteta am scris-o de la Poca de pe forumul culinar,cu mici modificari.
O sa scriu reteta cum e acolo si cum o fac eu:
3 pahare si jumatate de faina (am pus 500g)
1 cana de lapte caldut(250ml)
jumatate de lingura cu drojdie uscata(1 cubulet-25g)
jumatate pahar ulei(100ml)
1 lingura si jumatate de zahar( am pus mai mult pentru ca nu mi s-au parut suficient de dulci -100g)
jumatate lingurita sare (un varf de cutit)
optional- coaja de portocala ,lamaie sau alte arome.
Din toate ingredientele se framanta bine un aluat si se lasa la dospit 30 minute ,acoperit cu un prosop umed.

Fiecare bucata se intinde cu sucitorul si se unge cu unt sau margarina topita.

Se pot lasa asa simple,sau se poate pune si ceva umplutura ,eu am presarat aici bombonele mici de ciocolata(nu am avut momentan ciocolata ca sa o rad peste), altadata am pus stafide ,sau se poate pune mac ,branza...orice.

Se pun in tava in care am pus hartie de copt unsa putin cu ulei;
se mai ung deasupra cu putina margarina topita,apoi cu galbenus amestecat cu o lingura de iaurt(eu am pus doar galbenus) si se dau la cuptor cam 30minute ,pana se rumenesc deasupra.
Se pot presara seminte de mac sau susan.

Dupa ce se scot din cuptor ,se ung cu putina miere.
