Placinta se poate face si numai cu carne ,fara ciuperci ,e buna oricum ...si mai ales calda.
Pentru aluat:
500g faina,
o cana apa calda(250g),
25 g drojdie,
1 lingurita sare.
Se framanta aluatul si se lasa la dospit o ora .

700g carne tocata(am pus carne de porc),
un borcanel de ciuperci champignon taiate(150g)
3 oua,
1 ceapa,
2lg ulei,
1lg faina,
condimente.
Intr-o cratita se pune uleiul , ceapa taiata marunt,se adauga carnea si se calesc cateva minute.

Se scoate ,se lasa putin sa se racoreasca ,apoi se poate intoarce pe un platou.

Imi place placintica, o sa-mi notez si eu foaia. Cred ca e tare buna.
Edith draga ,sa sti ca e tare buna...eu o acopar cand inca mai e calda ,cu folie alimentara si cu un prosop de bucatarie peste si ramane la fel de proaspata si a doua zi ,nu se intareste deloc!
Arata grozav,o sa incerc si eu...ce pofta mi-ai facut!!!

Buna Corina...dar e scris la umplutura lg (lingura)..deci 1 lg de faina ...cred ca nu ai citit bine ,nu are cum sa fie 1 kg..
